PM Report is a web app that sits alongside Jobpac. It reads the live ledger, so the figures your project managers see match what finance sees, on the day they look.
Monthly summary
Contract value, variations, claims, cost to date, committed cost and forecast margin, with the movement since last period beside each line.
Cost centres
Budget against actual and committed for up to ten cost groups you define, so overruns show up while there is still time to act.
Contingency
Every draw on contingency listed with its date and reason, and what remains, so nobody has to ask finance for the running total.

Payment redirection fraud usually starts with one changed BSB. Our eftsure integration checks the bank details on every Jobpac creditor in the run against eftsure’s verified records, and holds anything that doesn’t match.
